To start your case, it is necessary that you sign the contract and make the corresponding payment for the required service. Once these requirements have been completed, we can begin working on your case.

Once you have signed and made the corresponding payment, your case will be initiated within 5 business days. Our customer service team will contact you by email to notify you about the documentation and forms required for the process. This way, we can make sure everything is in order and move quickly with your case.

Don't worry, it's easy to solve. All you need to do is fill out the form with your details and questions, and one of our agents will contact you by email or phone to provide you with the necessary support regarding your documentation. 

Request help to complete documentation 

There are two options for taking your fingerprints for your documentation:

  1. Visit our authorized offices: You can go to any of our authorized offices to have your fingerprints taken.

  2. Request an appointment at your location: We may also provide you with the option of scheduling an appointment at a licensed location near your location. To do so, simply send an email to docs@grupoanderson.com with your contact information and your location, and we will take care of scheduling your appointment.

It is important that you deliver all the complete documentation in the first 15 business days. We need this documentation to be able to start your process in a timely and effective manner. We recommend that you take the time to collect and prepare all the necessary documentation to avoid any delay in the process. Our goal is to make sure that your process is handled with the care and efficiency it deserves.

There are three options for submitting your documentation:

  1. The most efficient way is through email. You can send your complete documentation to docs@grupoanderson.com.

  2. You can also send the documentation by fax to the number 87 7809 2390.

  3. If you prefer, you can also physically deliver your documentation to our offices. We have several locations available for you to deliver your documentation to us in person. You can check our locations at the following link: Our offices

A paralegal is responsible for creating your file, which is reviewed and signed by one of our attorneys before being sent to the government office. Once the office receives your documentation, we will send you a receipt sheet so that you can follow up on your case. It is important to note that each process is different and can take anywhere from 6 to 14 months or more. However, please note that processing time is controlled by the government and is beyond our control.
